ENROLLMENT

Prior to enrolling your child(ren) into Aim High Preschool, there must be an interview.  The first interview will be done briefly over the phone, then we will set up an appointment for you  and I to meet in person with your child(ren) and for you to come see my home child care.

We will discuss what it is that you are looking for, the hours & days that you will need, and rates.  I will go over my program with you and tell you about the handbook and policies.  I will ask you questions about your child(ren) and you can ask me more questions.

Once you have made your decision to enroll your child(ren), you will need to complete a enrollment packet and this when the registration fee is due at this time.  The enrollment packet has the handbook and policy procedures inside, enrollment application, financial agreement contract, emergency forms, and other forms that are required by the state and Aim High Preschool.  The deposit  is due prior to child care starting, and the deposit is non-refundable and it will go towards  the first week payment and the last week payment.

ALTERNATE PAYMENT PROGRAMS (SUBSIDY)

Families that utilize Alternate Payment Programs as a form of payment for their child care, must make sure all paper work is complete with the subsidy agency.  I will need to talk to your worker, regarding your approval status,  you will need to give me your workers name and phone number.

To be approved for child care through Cal-Works you must complete a child care request form with your Social Worker for approval, you will need to give your worker your consent for me to call regarding your approval status with them.  Then you must bring a 2145 form in for the both of us to complete.

There is a registration fee due for all families.  The deposit and registration fee are non-refundable, and must be paid before care can begin.
